Rendezvous is a private rental home conveniently located on the South Shore of St. John 5 minutes from Cruz Bay. The lushly landscaped property consists of three separate units which may be rented individually or in combination for larger groups, depending on your specific needs, 2-10 persons. Note: at this time, only Rendezvous Villa and Rendezvous Cottage are available. Rendezvous Villa has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4. Rendezvous Cottage has 1 bedroom and sleeps 2. Each apartment has its own entrance and parking, and is private from the other two units. Rendezvous has a community pool for the enjoyment of all guests. RENDEZVOUS VILLA is the top floor two bedroom two bath with a large covered outdoor gallery with incredible sunset view over St. Thomas. Inside has an open floor plan with high ceilings, local original artwork and modern kitchen. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with private baths. There is a large Great Room, open to the outside. Step outside and enjoy the views. You can dine overlooking the Caribbean on the covered deck. The kitchen has an island with seating. King bedroom with doors to the outside and a view. The other bedroom is a queen. RENDEZVOUS TERRACE also has two bedrooms and two beautiful modern baths and is located below the Villa just steps away from the pool. Both bedrooms have an ocean view and individually controlled air conditioning. The great room has central air and an open brand-new kitchen for spectator cooking. (Rendezvous Terrace is NOT AVAILABLE for 2008/2009) RENDEZVOUS COTTAGE is a very romantic one bedroom one bath Mediterranean styled villa located below the pool in its own building. The main living area is an outdoor covered screen porch surrounded by mature island landscape and ocean view. The bedroom is air-conditioned and there is a laundry center in the walk-in closet. The Cottage features outdoor living. Opens to beautiful gardens. The bedroom has views of the ocean, plus a beautiful stained glass window that lets in colored light.
