Your first sight is of the welcoming pool and patio, overlooking the splendid turquoise sea. Located on the south-west end of St. John within minutes of Cruz Bay, Waterklip boasts all the amenities necessary for a Caribbean holiday.


Compact, comfortable and complete, with two bedrooms and two baths, Waterklip is a perfect retreat for couples or small families. The spacious pool deck features reclining chaise lounges for vacationers who wish to soak up those warm sunny days. Outdoors, a round table with seating for four including a large umbrella is a perfect place to enjoy an afternoon lunch or candlelit dinner. Meandering further along the balcony on the ocean side of the house, guests are invited to have a seat and enjoy the fresh sea air and the beautiful, lingering sunsets. Enjoy the views as the birds and boats entertain you.


The comfortable living room with cool and colorful Saltillo tiles, Caribbean artwork, and a large wicker sofa with matching coffee table beckons the guests to relax. Enjoy the ocean views or catch up with the news on the 32" TV. A large round table with seating for four is spacious enough for dining inside if you need a break from the sun. The entrance into the master bedroom is just beyond the living room.


The 13' X 13' master bedroom contains a queen bed with detailed white wicker headboard. Nightstands on each with lamps make great light for reading. A ceiling fan, comfortable sitting chair and large 7 drawer dresser with mirror complete this inviting bedroom. The ensuite full bath with shower is just to the right with large walk in closet for all your Caribbean attire.


The Cabana bedroom, opening off of the pool deck, offers a relaxing and cool respite. The bedroom is also 13' X 13', with two twin beds for singles or they can be converted into a king for a couple. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan assure the occupant's comfort. A full bath and shower, along with a night stand, lamp, and comfy wicker chair supply the rest off what is needed for an enjoyable stay.


The living room, dining and kitchen areas are 27' X 13' with glorious outside views from end to end.


A grill on the outside deck completes the kitchen amenities. Warteklip's kitchen is equipped with all of the necessary elements for creating scrumptious meals. Dine in comfort from the bar, interior or exterior tables. The breakfast bar with high stools along its outer side invites guests to provide company to the working chef.
